Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 working days

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India through reliable courier partners.

• Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges (Weight-Based)

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order weight:

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.

• If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, delivery personnel may contact you using the provided phone number.

Return to Origin (RTO)

• If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

• RTO orders will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

• RTO orders are not eligible for re-delivery.

• A fresh order must be placed for repurchase.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• Natural disasters or weather conditions

• Courier service disruptions

• Non-serviceable pin codes

Sam Masale is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

• Product shelf life and “Best Before” dates comply with Legal Metrology Rules.

• Shipping charges may be revised without prior notice, but the final cost will always be shown before order completion.
