Shipping Policy for Sam Masale

Once you place an order on our website, we will dispatch it within 24 working hours after order confirmation.

All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at the time of ordering. SAIANSHDEEP INTL.PVT.LTD., has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order. The Customer/User must request any other delivery method at the time of order. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. Delivery Timeline:

• Dispatch Time: Within 24 working hours.
• Delivery Time: 5 to 7 working days.

Note:

• Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances in certain locations.
• Delivery to non-serviceable areas of our courier services may result in delays.

Delivery Attempts:

• Two attempts will be made.
• If you're unavailable or the address is incorrect, our delivery personnel will coordinate via your provided contact number.
• If unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Return to Origin Consequences:

• RTO orders will initiate a refund as per our refund policy.
• RTO orders won't be redelivered to the location.
• Fresh orders need to be placed for repurchase.
• No early delivery options available.

Shelf Life:

• Display of "Best before or use by date, month, and year" complies with Legal Metrology Rules.
• Shelf life percentages for products vary based on duration.

Shipping Charges:

• Order value between INR 0-500: Delivery Charges = INR 50 per transaction.
• Order value above INR 500: Delivery Charges = INR 0 per transaction In Delhi.
• For Gurgaon delivery charges-varies from the beginning like from 0-any amount will be chargeable as per location and order value.
