Soya Chaap Masala Curry:

Ingredients:

  • 250g soya chaap
  • 1 cup onion-tomato masala (onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic blended)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil the soya chaap in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until golden.

  3. Add the onion-tomato masala and cook until the oil separates.

  4. Whisk yogurt and add it to the masala. Cook for a few minutes.

  5. Add garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the masala until it releases oil.

  6. Add the boiled soya chaap to the masala. Mix well and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve this Soya Chaap Masala Curry with naan, rice, or roti for a flavorful and protein-packed vegetarian meal.
